SeaPort Enhanced
Synesis7 provides engineering, technical and programmatic support services to the US Navy through the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The SeaPort-e contract is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle established to facilitate a Navy-wide electronic procurement process that leverages buying power, improves business intelligence, and reduces purchasing time. SeaPort-e supports all commands within the Naval Enterprise including the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, the United States Marine Corps, as well as other Department of Defense agencies.
CECOM Strategic Services Sourcing (S3)
Synesis7 provides ongoing support services through the USFalcon team under the S3 contract, which was established to enable the Army to quickly procure engineering, logistical, and business operations services to provide end-to-end support to the Army’s command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.
State of Montana - MIS Services
Under the State of Montana, MIS Services Contract, Synesis7 is a pre-approved vendor to provide analysis, design, planning, and project management services to any agency within the State of Montana. Synesis7 supports the State of Montana with project management services that span a diverse range of IT related technology development projects. These services include scope definition and requirements gathering, effort and cost estimation, engineering oversight, acquisition management, and the development of project processes including quality control, communication control, change control, and risk management. Various project management aspects which include cost analysis, performance analysis, cost benefit analysis, independent coding analysis, platform determination, and a methodology utilizing best practices are provided to the State.
